Zooid Suite 0 enclave manifests

Zooid uses four enclaves: DM, Group, and Personal are the enclaves declared by the current Super app; Registry is bootstrapped by the Zooid deploy project. The three Super definitions come from impl-cli at bb7a6a8 and its app declaration; Registry comes from impl-zooid-deploy at 83f9023. Each page and raw download reproduces the active manifest definition; runtime minting/bootstrap supplies instance-specific values.
